50ml Seven Seals Peated Single Mal Whisky Port Wood Finish
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml cane sugar syrup
15ml Aqua Faba (or egg white)
20ml Tawny Port Wine (Grahams)
Add whiskey, lemon juice, cane sugar and Aqua Faba to a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Then strain into a tumbler over ice and top with port.
